Slow your breathing. Breathing slowly causes our bodies to relax and has a calming effect. Being nervous and breathing quickly will impede your ability to listen effectively. You will hear the recording twice, so relax if you don\u2019t get everything the first time around. You have time to read the questions before you hear the recording, so you know what to listen for.
