Outil Indispensable de la Communication<\/h2>\n<p>La mobilit\u00e9 croissante des \u00e9tudiants, des salari\u00e9s et des touristes a une incidence sur le d\u00e9veloppement du mandarin dans le monde. Un double mouvement est \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre\u00a0: le d\u00e9veloppement de la mobilit\u00e9 des chinois hors de leur pays et l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 croissante de l\u2019empire du milieu pour les non-chinois.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019Inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du chinois du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Education Nationale, les \u00e9tudiants chinois suivant des \u00e9tudes hors de Chine constituent d\u00e9j\u00e0 en 2012 <strong>14% de la population \u00e9tudiante mondiale<\/strong> vivant hors de son pays d\u2019origine. Cette part est en augmentation rapide. Dans le sens inverse, de tr\u00e8s nombreux \u00e9tablissements du sup\u00e9rieur d\u00e9veloppent des partenariats avec leurs homologues chinois. A noter par exemple l\u2019inauguration de ParisTech-Shanghai Jiao Tong lors de la visite d\u2019Etat du Pr\u00e9sident Fran\u00e7ois Hollande en Chine en avril 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019essor \u00e9conomique de la Chine, le mandarin devient un <strong>passeport pour l\u2019emploi<\/strong>, que ce soit pour int\u00e9grer une entreprise \u00e9trang\u00e8re implant\u00e9e en Chine ou une entreprise chinoise investissant en Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, un autre flux majeur de personnes est \u00e9galement en augmentation\u00a0: la Chine devient une destination touristique mondiale et les touristes chinois voyagent \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de leurs fronti\u00e8res (1,1 million de touristes chinois en France en 2012).<\/p>\n<h2>Les structures d\u2019enseignement existantes\u00a0en France<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le secondaire le nombre de lyc\u00e9es proposant des cours de Chinois est en constante augmentation. Selon le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Education Nationale, entre 2005 et 2012, le nombre d\u2019\u00e9tablissements dispensant un enseignement de mandarin a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9\u00a0par 3 (pr\u00e8s de 600 en 2013). Cette expansion touche m\u00eame les acad\u00e9mies des DOM-COM\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, 150 universit\u00e9s proposent des cours de mandarin pour <strong>12\u00a0000 \u00e9tudiants en chinois<\/strong>. Les grandes \u00e9coles (Ecole Polytechnique, ENA, HEC, Sciences Po) proposent des cours de Chinois.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enseignement du Chinois se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e9galement dans le secteur priv\u00e9. En France, 15 Instituts Confucius ont ouvert entre 2005 et 2013. La plupart des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur priv\u00e9s ont introduit dans leur formation des cours de mandarin. Les organismes de formation \u00e0 distance enseignent le chinois et ceux de formation professionnelle offrent la possibilit\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s de suivre des cours de chinois individuels ou collectifs.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/global-exam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/professeurs-mandarin.jpg\" alt=\"Professeur de mandarin dans les structures fran\u00e7aises\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les institus confucius pr\u00e9sents en France, jouent eux aussi un <a title=\"Les instituts confucius diffusent la langue et la culture chinoises\" href=\"https:\/\/global-exam.com\/blog\/fr\/les-instituts-confucius-diffusent-la-langue-et-la-culture-chinoises\/\">r\u00f4le dans la diffusion de la langue et la culture du mandarin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever pour mieux accompagner les sinisants<\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement tr\u00e8s rapide de l\u2019enseignement du chinois en France n\u00e9cessite des efforts d\u2019adaptation important.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Administration fran\u00e7aise s\u2019inqui\u00e8te notamment d\u2019un d\u00e9ficit pr\u00e9occupant d\u2019enseignants titulaires\u00a0pour faire face \u00e0 la demande de cours de mandarin.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, les \u00e9coles doivent s\u2019ajuster \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de la consommation en langues \u00e9trang\u00e8res par les \u00e9tudiants. S\u2019il est d\u00e9sormais possible de passer le chinois en LV1 au bac, cette langue n\u2019est toujours pas propos\u00e9e dans de nombreux concours d\u2019admission dans des \u00e9tablissements du sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, certaines r\u00e9ticences subsistent encore, car l\u2019image de la langue chinoise, langue rare et difficile, reste dans les esprits. Sceptiques, ils qualifient de mode l\u2019engouement pour l\u2019apprentissage du mandarin \u00e0 l\u2019instar de celui pour le japonais au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019essor de la demande d\u2019apprentissage du chinois (nombre et qualit\u00e9 des professeurs, d\u00e9veloppement dans les lyc\u00e9es professionnels, continuit\u00e9 dans son enseignement) une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape fondatrice consiste \u00e0 \u00e9valuer ce besoin d\u2019apprendre comme une tendance structurelle. L\u2019\u00e9volution du statut de la langue l\u2019atteste\u00a0: les sinisants, qui choisissaient majoritairement le chinois comme LV3 ou comme option hors programme le s\u00e9lectionnent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 50% comme LV1 ou LV2.
