Which one should I choose?
You need to figure out what you want the results for. Also, you need a general idea of your skill level. If you are a beginner, then TOEIC Bridge may be for you. If you believe that your English is pretty darn good, then the regular TOEIC exam would be your choice.
People seeking employment at an international firm where they have need of good business English would sit for the TOEIC and show the score to potential employers.
In contrast, a company or school with staff or students who probably have less English proficiency and wanted to find out what the English language skills of their staff or students are would probably choose the TOEIC Bridge exam.
