What Itinerary Could You Take To Go To the Test Center Venues in Dublin?

You will find many forms of public transportations in Dublin. To facilitate the process for you, here is a list of ways to help you:

  • The CES center in Merrion Square is located in the center of the city, here is how you can get there:
  • Bus: 116,14, 15, 15B, 46A, 69, 9
  • Train: DART, MAYNOOTH SERVICE
  • Light Rail: GREEN
  • The University College Dublin can be easily accessible using the following public buses.
  • Bus: 116, 145, 155, 46a, 7b, 7d, 84x.
  • CES Dublin 2 City Centre Test Centre (15/16 Dame Street) is located in the heart of the city and in a walkable area if you are staying in the city. But if you want to take public transportation, this list will help:
  • Bus: 11, 37, 38, 38a, 38b, 39, 39a, 39x, 44, 61, 70.
  • Tram: Green.
  • The Belvedere college provides the Speaking test on the same day, which will allow you to hang out in the area for a while. Here is how to get there:
  • Bus: 116, 46a, 46e.
  • The Teacher’s Club also offers to pass the Speaking test on the same day:
  • Bus: 120, 4, 7, 7a, 7d.
  • Tram: Green.

IELTS Dublin: What Is the Price of the Exam and How Can You Pay?

When booking your IELTS Academic or General Training tests, the fee is 200€. The IELTS Life Skills on the other hand costs 150€ and the IELTS UKVI test costs 195€.

The booking will not be confirmed till you pay the fee with one of the following options:

  • By credit/debit card.
  • Via bank transfer.
  • Via Paypal.
  • Directly at the Dublin office, which is currently closed due to covid-19 restrictions.
