How to Register for the TOEFL IBT Exam in San Diego
You have the option between signing up for the TOEFL iBT online through the ETS website, by telephone, or by mail. The reception of the form should not exceed 4 weeks before the test date. If you do not receive a confirmation email, call your testing center at least 3 days before the deadline.
