Use of this site implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. These Terms of Use may be modified at any time. Users of are advised to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible at all times to users. Interruption due to technical maintenance can however be decided by, which will then endeavor to communicate to users before the date and time of the intervention. is updated regularly by the team at Global-Exam. Similarly, the disclaimer may be modified at any time as needed; however, the user is encouraged to refer to it as often as possible.

3. Description of Services Provided aims to provide online preparation for various tests.

Global-Exam strives to provide information on as accurately as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether they or third party partners provide this information.

All information listed on is for informational purposes and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the website is not exhaustive. It is subject to changes made since the launch.

4. Terms and Conditions of the Services Proposed

Global-Exam is an online training platform for various language proficiency tests and offers a fee-based service. All of these are clearly defined while registering the user on the website. The transaction takes place online via recognized service providers offering a secure payment platform. Only debit cards are accepted.

Global-Exam will not be held responsible for any problems encountered during the payment process under the condition where only the user and Stripe use the bank details.

Global-Exam agrees to provide all necessary information like price and services proposed to the user enabling him to hereby make an informed buying decision.

Under these conditions, Global-Exam will not reimburse users who have subscribed to a paid subscription as the user benefits from all the necessary information upstream of the transaction and can test freely the contents of the site thanks to a freemium offer.

Paid subscriptions are, without obligation, tacitly renewed, i.e. it is up to the user to stop the current subscription in order to terminate the automatic extension of his subscription. The user can terminate his subscription at any time from his "account," then the "settings” tab, and finally "subscriptions."

Termination of a current subscription does not result in the termination of access to the service provided by Global-Exam. Paid service is available until the end of the last adjusted period.

An invoice is sent automatically to the user's email address for each payment made.

5. Contractual Limitations on Technical Data

The website cannot be held responsible for damage arising from use of the site. In addition, the site users agree to access the site using the latest equipment, not containing viruses, and using a recent, up-to-date browser.

6. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

Global-Exam owns the intellectual property rights or owns the rights to use all the items available on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

Any reproduction, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site, regardless of the means or process, is prohibited without the prior written permission of Global-Exam.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its materials will be deemed to constitute an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.

7. Limitations of Liability

Global-Exam cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage to the user equipment when accessing the site, and resulting from the use of hardware not meeting the specifications of section 4, or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Global-Exam may not be held liable for consequential damages (such as a loss of market or loss of opportunity) arising from use of the site

Interactive spaces (opportunity to ask questions in the forum in particular) are available to users. Global-Exam reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would violate the law applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. If applicable, Global-Exam also reserves the right to challenge the civil and / or criminal user, especially in cases of posts that are racist, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic, regardless of the medium used (text, photography...).

8. Management of Personal Data

In France, personal data is protected by law n° 78-87 dated January 6, 1978, Act No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004; article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive October 24, 1995.

When using the site the following can be collected: URL links through which the user has accessed the site, the user access provider, the Internet Protocol address (IP) of the user.

In any case, Global-Exam collects personal information about the user and the need for certain services offered by the site. The user provides that information with full knowledge of the facts, especially when inputting information. It is then clear to the user of the site the obligation to provide such information or not.

In accordance with Articles 38 and following of the law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms, every user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him, by making a written and signed request, together with a copy of an identity card with signature of the owner, including the address to which the reply should be sent.

No personal information about site users of is published without the knowledge of the user, nor exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any media to any third party. Only the assumption of redemption Global-Exam and rights allow the transmission of such information to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be given the same obligation to store and modify data with respect to the user website.

The site has been declared to CNIL under registration number: 1701688 v 0 because it collects these types of information: NS48 - customers, prospects files.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the Act of July 1, 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

9. Hypertext Links and Cookies.

The site contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with permission from Global-Exam. However, Global-Exam is not able to verify the content of the sites visited, and assumes no liability thereby accordingly.

Browsing the site may cause the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file, which does not allow the identification of the user, but which records information relating to the navigation of a computer on a site. The data obtained are intended to facilitate subsequent browsing of the site, and also enable various measures of attendance.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
