FCE test centres in Belgium
Cambridge FCE (First Certificate Exam) was recently renamed Cambridge: B2 First. It is the most popular English examination offered by Cambridge English Assessment as it is accepted by universities, and also by many businesses in the UK, Europe and Canada. It is a suitable option for candidates who require proof of an upper-intermediate level of English in all four skills of Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening.
If you are in Belgium and you would like to take the B2 First exam, you will need to travel to Brussels as both the test centres are situated in the capital.

British Council, Brussels
The office is closed to the public and all enquiries need to be made by email. Currently there are no exam dates listed on their website.
CLL Centre de Langues
CLL Centre de Langues is an official examination centre for a number of exams, including Cambridge exams. They offer exam dates for five sessions in March, April, June, October and December.
The language centre is located at Avenue de Kraainem 61, also know as CLL Bruxelles Woluwe, which lies about 8km from the centre of Brussels. It is only a 25-minute journey, or twelve stops, from the centre by metro. If you take the number 1 tramline in the direction of Stockel, the metro station nearest to CLL Bruxelles Woluwe is Kraainem, once you leave the metro, the centre is only a four-minute walk.
Exam centres in the Netherlands and Germany
If you are in the east of Belgium you might consider taking FCE in the Netherlands. The British Council in Eindhoven has a few exam dates in June, and in Rotterdam there is the choice of two exam centres: British Council Rotterdam and CBE Languages.
There is also the option of taking FCE in Germany, if you are willing to travel to Cologne or Dusseldorf. The Englisches Institut Köln is a Cambridge Platinum Exam Centre and offers exam sessions in June, October and December. In Dusseldorf there is also a Platinum Centre at the adult education centre, Landesverband der Volkshochschulen von NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia).
Exam centres in France
If you are in the west of Belgium, you could also opt for taking the exam in Lille. The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the L´Universite Catholique de Lille offers exam dates for external candidates. You can find the relevant information on their website.
