Phrasal verbs are verbs which are followed by an adverb or preposition and, when combined together, have a specific meaning. For example, “give up” is a phrasal verb meaning “to quit”. On GlobalExam there is a whole section of study sheets and exercises dedicated to FCE. Studying these should improve your score when you do the practice exams that are also available on the GlobalExam platform.
