This site is normally accessible at all times to users. Interruption due to technical maintenance can however be decided by GlobalExam, which will then endeavor to communicate to users before the date and time of the intervention.
GlobalExam is updated regularly by the team at GlobalExam. Similarly, the disclaimer may be modified at any time needed; however, the user is encouraged to refer to it as often as possible to read it.

GlobalExam aims to provide online preparations for various tests.

4. Terms and Conditions of the services proposed
GlobalExam is an online training platform for various language proficiency tests and offers a fee-based service. All of these are clearly defined while registering the user on the website. The transaction takes place online via recognized service providers offering a secure payment platform. Only debit cards are accepted.
GlobalExam will not be held responsible for any problems encountered during the payment process under the condition where only the user and Stripe use the bank details.
GlobalExam agrees to provide all necessary information like price and services proposed to the user enabling him to hereby make an informed buying decision.
Under these conditions, GlobalExam will not reimburse users who have subscribed to a paid subscription as the user benefits from all the necessary information upstream of the transaction and can test freely the contents of the site thanks to a freemium offer.
Paid subscriptions are, without obligation, tacitly renewed, ie it is up to the user to stop the current subscription in order to terminate the automatic extension of his subscription. The user can terminate his subscription at any time from his "account", tab "settings" then "subscriptions".
Termination of a current subscription does not result in the termination of access to the service provided by GlobalExam. Paid service is available until the end of the last adjusted period.
An invoice is sent automatically to the user's email address for each payment made.
In addition to a withdrawal period, GlobalExam has created a "satisfied or your money back" policy. This policy is applicable in the following conditions:
- the user purchased a subscription for the wrong duration
- the user purchased a subscription via a fraudulent payment method
Any refund request due to a reason not listed above will be refused.
5. Contractual limitations on the technical data
The website cannot be held responsible for damage arising from use of the site. In addition, the site users agree to access the site using the latest equipment, not containing viruses, and using a recent, up-to-date browser.
6. Intellectual property and counterfeiting
GlobalExam owns the intellectual property rights or owns the rights to use all the items available on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.
Any reproduction, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the site, regardless of the means or process, is prohibited without the prior written permission of GlobalExam.
Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its materials will be deemed to constitute an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.
7. Limitations of Liability
GlobalExam cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage to the user equipment when accessing the site GlobalExam, and resulting from the use of a hardware not meeting the specifications of section 4, or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
Interactive spaces (opportunity to ask questions in the forum in particular) are available to users. GlobalExam reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would violate the law applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. If applicable, GlobalExam also reserves the right to challenge the civil and / or criminal user, especially in cases of posts that are racist, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic, regardless of the medium used (text, photography...).
8. Management of personal data
GlobalExam commits to having the treatment of data conform to the rule (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, relative to the protection of physical persons with regard to data of a personal nature and of the free circulation of this data, and repealing the directive 95/46/CE (general rule on the protection of data).
On the occasion of using the site GlobalExam the following can be collected: URL links through which the user has accessed the site GlobalExam, the user access provider, the Internet Protocol address (IP) of the user.
In any case, GlobalExam collects personal information about the user and the need for certain services offered by the GlobalExam site. The user provides that information with full knowledge of the facts, especially when inputting information. It is then clear to the user of the site GlobalExam the obligation to provide such information or not.
In compliance with the Data and Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), every user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him, by making a written and signed request, together with a copy of an identity card with signature of the owner, including the address to which the reply should be sent.

The site GlobalExam contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with permission from GlobalExam. However, GlobalExam is not able to verify the content of the sites visited, and assumes no liability thereby accordingly.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute in connection with use of the site GlobalExam is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris have the exclusive jurisdiction.
