Credits give you access to individual and group video lessons. A group lesson takes place in a small group (6 people max), lasts 1 hour, and costs 1 credit. An individual lesson is a private lesson with your teacher, lasts 30 minutes, and costs 2 credits. Each month you're awarded the number of credits associated with your subscription, and you're free to manage them as you wish. If you don't use all your monthly credits they will be lost and can't be used the following month.
You can stop your subscription to Global Exam training at any time. Your subscription will expire at the next renewal date. It cannot end in the middle of a subscription period.

By enrolling in a subscription and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you waive your right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be reimbursed for the purchase of a subscription.

However, you have the option to test GlobalExam’s features and interface for free before purchasing a subscription by registering on the platform.
